If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused candle within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus the cost of shipping. Or you may exchange for another candle.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept back candles that have already been burned.
Please contact pipedreamcandle@gmail.com with your order # if you need to return something. But we hope it never comes to that :)

- trim wick to 1/4th inch before burning; for wax melts, remove cubes from plastic clamshell before placing on wax warmer.
- burn in sight and keep away from curious children, rambunctious pets, and billowing curtains
- do not burn more than 4 hours at one time, and do not try to handle jar or warmer until it cools
